FRIDAY:
Gates open from 4:00-10:00 pm

Check-in at concession stand and pay camping fee, purchase your admission tickets, and pay for your stall. You must get a camping ticket.

Camping fee: $10 per night
Admission tickets: $5 for adults, children 11 and under get in free.
Stall fee: $10 for the weekend

SATURDAY:
11:00am Check-in Deadline – Please bring coggins papers
11:15am Rodeo Contestants Meeting
12:45pm Rodeo Grand Entry
1:00pm Saturday Rodeo Performance

6:00pm Open Team Roping Jackpot – In memory of Sheila Brandner with $2000 added money.

-NO OFFICE FEE

7:30pm Close -Live band up in the concession stand/bar area. The band, Sojourner, will entertain families and contestants. Beverages will be made available at the concession stand. No carry-ins allowed.

Location: Hwy 64 W. Medford

Directions: From Hwy 29 East to Curtis Exit County Trunk E go North to 64, go West (left) 1/2 mile – grounds on the left
From Hwy 13 to Medford take 64 West 5 1/2 miles-grounds on the left

Camping $10/night (sites have electricity hook-ups but no water hookups) AC-only ran on generators!! Not electricity
Stalls $10.00/weekend (first come first serve)
Rodeo admission $5.00 adults; 13 & under – free

Facilities: Indoor bathroom & shower room

Food & Beverages available on grounds (no carry ins)
