LBW APRIL NEWSLETTER
|
Treasurer & Secretary’s reports
were read and approved. We received a donation from
Kimberly Clark for $1000 on behalf of Brenda Bell. Gary reported that the animals are
in good shape and ready to go. Gary would like to thank everyone for the help
on the work day. The clinic is ready with
instructors. If you need forms they are available on the website. The entry forms for the rodeos
will be available to print from the website shortly. The forms are included
in this newsletter. The trucking contract will be
settled at the Gays Mills rodeo meeting. We will be selling raffle tickets
again this year. Each contest will be required to sell 6 books and after
those books are sold and turned in they will receive their t-shirt. Once again
we will have half way prizes. Chute dogging is a gender event
that would be for boys only. This is a clarification rule. Student meetings at the rodeos will
be at 11:15 a.m. Ad policy for the newsletter and
website will be they can run for 30 days on the website.
We will be represented at the Jackson
County Dairy Breakfast, by our contestants in that area. This a good way to
get our organization recognized. Next meeting at Gays Mills Rodeo
