How to Join

To join LBW on the site using Paypal or a credit card please fill out our online membership form.  There will be a $1.00 or $1.75 convenience fee added when using the online membership form.

Membership forms can be submitted by mail also, simply fill out the LBW Membership Form and choose the appropriate membership level.
